「the grounds of the property are really, truly lovely; we brought our dog, and there was lots of space for him to explore and roam around and enjoy, in addition to great patio and lovely views. the staff is just lovely, and very helpful; really, they couldn’t be nicer, honestly, as is so wonderfully typical of great service in Switzerland. the physical plant is good, if not great, and overall the hotel has surely seen better days, while the room renovations are a bit “hip,” such as no real closet...

「Stunning hotel with exceptional amenities. We stayed in suite which included a large living room and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff at the hotel could not be friendlier. The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. I would definitely stay here again.」
