The hotel was well positioned for our trip … The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade. But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh . The breakfast was continental but unbelievably good value . We traveled in a high value vehicle and the carpark was gated and secure. Overall a good experience.

Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique cependant l’hôtel est vieillissant. Hôtel dans une zone commerciale idéal si on va à com’et. Attention pas de climatisation, chaleur étouffante dans la chambre.

Nuitée satisfaisante mais environnement bruyant
Séjour satisfaisant par rapport à l'hôtel mais bémol par rapport à l'environnement qui est bruyant : la nuit où nous y avons séjourné en famille, nous avons été gênés par les bruits émanant d'un rodéo urbain juste à proximité dans la zone d'activités où se situe l'hôtel, le cirque a duré jusqu'à une heure du matin !!! Quand vous appelez la police pour signaler le problème, celle-ci vous répond que c'est habituel le week-end et que les jeunes responsables de ce désagrément se calment vers minuit....?!!!!!

La réservation a était faite en amont par mes soins pour une collègue et à l’arrivée la réservation a été indiqué comme « annulée ». Aucune chambre n’a été proposé et ma collègue, malgré une réservation active, a été obligé de trouver une solution de repli à 23h. La réservation est toujours non annulée à ce jour et je suis extrêmement déçue de cette situation.
