We had an overnight stay for Halloween Horror nights. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the checkout time convinient, compared with other hotels. There was available breakfast as well.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. The only thing is you have to pay to park in a parking lot that you are already paying for a room to stay in. Parking should be free if you are staying there.

We arrived late on Saturday night. I sent a message to the hotel saying we were not coming in until late. We got to the hotel and the front desk told me they overbooked and we had to go to a different hotel. So, after a 3 hr flight and 40.minute car ride. We had to drive another 20 minites to a different hotel. Then, when we went to check in the next day, the front desk person said, that I was supposed to check in the day before. It all got worked out, but we will not be staying at this hotel again.
