It was nice to have the mall right next door. Great dinning options. Hotel was clean.
Only thing when I checked in front desk at arrival. No explaination was given about the parking fee to me. All they said was “are you guys parking here” we said yes, he handed us a paper to put in our car. When I get the bill it was $18 dollar a night. He never told me when I checked in. Felt scammed. I would have parked on the outside or paid the 18 it’s just the fact I was not informed at the beginning.
Also house cleaning only cleaned my room once during my stay. I stayed for 4 nights and only once was my room cleaned and new towels were brought to be room. Then charge service fee for 4 nights.
