The hotel is a little undesirable. The bed was not comfortable. The only positive experience we had was that the AC worked in the room. It's also conveniently located.

Very comfortable for the price

The stay was good the rooms were clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly! The only thing I would like them to improve on is the breakfast when we got there every thing was gone nothing more was put out.the only thing was available was coffee. But overall I give them 5 stars!

The property is in a perfect neighborhood and close to everything for tourist. With that being said it was a horrible experience. I only wanted 3 things in a hotel when I travel. I needed breakfast, good location, and a pool. When we got there, there wasn’t any towels in the bathroom and no toilet paper. Since we got there so late I was okay. In the morning when we went down for breakfast there was none. The owner asked me if I wanted a cereal. The room was not ever cleaned and there was sketchy people throughout the property. The card kept on deactivating so I had to go to the front office and wait 20 minutes. Everyday I had to go get a new towel or toilet paper. The hotel is nice but it’s rundown by the slumlord. It can be so nice if they put work into it. I had already paid so I couldn’t leave. At night time there was drug activity. Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!

Scared to death in middle of night

The saying you get what you paid for, very true. I can admit bed, comfortable. But cleanliness, horrible. I as well came a cross a few roaches. But that I could deal with. What I can’t, is the 2nd night there, alone with my daughter, dead asleep, get a knocking on door at 11:37pm. Next thing I know, someone turning knob & door opening. Never in my life been as scared as I was that night. Run as quick as I could to door. A male starts to apologize & say sorry wrong room, then leaves. Had hell of a time sleeping after that. Ended up leaving at 6am the next day. When I went to check out, I asked person about keys to rooms, they aren’t able to open other rooms, right. He then states so so sorry ma’am. I was looking for room that asked for towels & entered wrong room. I told him he should’ve not entered like that. Why open a door, letting your self in, especially that late. Now a little hesitant to stay somewhere with just my daughter.

Look Elsewhere!

The room smelled like mildew. The room definitely looked outdated. The lamps had rust on them. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. The toilet leaked all night. The tank would start filling about every 30 mins or so. The furniture looked liked it was picked up from someone's trash. Arrived to late to find alternative accommodations. Surprisedly the bed looked clean. Checked mattress & thankfully saw No bedbugs. The sheets were clean but I was afraid to peel them back all the way. We slept on top of bed not under the covers though. The TV at first didnt work. Figured out it had to be reprogrammed then I could watch some TV. We didnt sleep well. Heard people talking throughout the night from outside. In the morning there was an old can with cigarette butts in front of my door, on top of the steps. In the morning, the front door was locked. The attendant came to the door with a sheet over his shoulders like if he just woke up. He just extended his hand for the key card & locked the door back before we could ask anymore questions. We ask through the glass about breakfast; he just shook his head & walked off. Not pleased!

Upon arrival, our first room had bugs and one of the beds was lopsided and appeared to be broken. We requested a different room and the staff was very couteous and helpful to accommodate our request. We had to request a blanket for the second room and had only two towels. There is no coffee maker in the room and the rooms need updating. The pool was dirty looking and all the pool deck chairs and loungers were broken with the exception of 2 chairs and 1 lounger. The breakfast bar was locked and not stocked. Our first morning we went gor breakfast to find two pieces of very stale, old bread and 2 cereal dispensers partially full. No fresh coffee, milk, juice etc. The staff did bring out a pitcher of milk, two plates and two apple juice drink boxes. The area was very noisy all hours of the night and felt very unsafe everytime we stepped out of the room. After googling the area, we discovered this location was on a list of areas to avoid in Kissimmee. Location overall was run down and outdated mirroring the google reviews 100 percent. If another room in another location would have been available, we would not have stayed the duration of our trip. I wish I could upload current photos to share as we took plenty of them. My expectation for a Drury Inn property was indeed much higher than we experienced.

Avoid

They advertise HBO and breakfast. They have neither. Our room came with one towel and little toilet paper. The toilet and shower valve leaked. The TV had no channels that anyone might watch. The furniture was damaged. The pool was green.

This type of properties should not be allowed. A serious inspection must be done. Rooms are dirty and smell to smoke really bad. Save yourself and stay away from here.

Rooms are very old and outdated. Beds were all stained. Had to change rooms because tv didn’t work. Just didn’t feel comfortable in the area it was located. They said they offered breakfast but no one told us where to go for it and we didn’t see any signs.

Terrible place, can’t even call it hotel. Dirty bathroom, bathtub haven’t been cleaned forever, roaches everywhere. We were afraid to wash our hands and sit on the toilet.
