「I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. 「It was special and unique and personal. It was quaint but modern, thoughtful about guest experiences and intentional in arrangements. Teakettle and encouragement to recycle were especially refreshing! We will definitely stay here again!」

「After check in time, owner said they were changing the date of the reservation. When we indicated we were unable to stay on the new date, we received no further communication. No information on how to check in, no discussion period. Owner only responded when Hotel support called. Would not refund deposit even though they made the change to the reservation.」

「A nice space for my wife and I during our one week Florida vacation. Two bedrooms & two baths with a nice living room space and more than adequate kitchen area. The complex is mostly working folks and not a tourist spot. But for the space we got compared to VRBO's or hotels it was certainly worth the price. 「Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future.」

「What an absolute disaster! I booked this boat and I called the number no less than six times could not contact with anyone. Hotels.com did try to help me they could not contact anyone. So at 6 o’clock at night I was left with no place to stay and no one contacted me. I am sitting here the next day and no one has ever reached out to me. I lost my money. Hotels.com only gave me a $25 credit.」
