「This property sustained significant damage from the hurricanes but they are expeditiously making all necessary repairs and improvements. The property is probably absolutely beautiful when the foliage and landscaping is in tact. The pathway from our specialty sun deck second-floor unit was a quick super short walk to the magnificent beach. On-site, office staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. The studio was adorable and tastefully decorated ~ appeared to be new and excellent condition....

「Was only there for one night but it was comfortable and decent. The property was under construction at the time so it was a bit of a mess around the outside. The inside was not the cleanest I have ever seen but it was not too bad.」

「Beautiful boutique resort. Clean rooms, great pool and hot tub. Walking distance around Anna Maria Island. Parking included. I highly recommend :)」

「This place was great I highly recommend it . The bed was hard and not comfortable and the couch was not very comfortable but the location and cleanliness of this place was great . We would definitely come back and stay . 」

「The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it.」

「I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. 「The balcony I chose couldn’t see the sunset, and the room was very small, the toilet didn’t even have an exhaust, the air conditioner was very noisy, and there were two doors in the room leading to the next door, although it was sealed, it felt unsafe, and the sound insulation was particularly poor」
