I’ve stayed at this hotel countless times, I’ve never had issues to fuss about, I suppose I could complain that curtains haven’t been able to operate in over a year, curtains aren’t my complaint, I merely stated this because I could have made an issue about this no less than a dozen times. Here’s my complaint, Monday morning my wife and I went to breakfast, we got there about 9:30 so we were at the end and there was not one clean table, my wife asked politely for a wet rag to wipe the tables, didn’t even ask the staff to wipe it, she world have done it, she was responded to with “damn puta” my wife responded to this staff with, what did you say and she walked away, I said something to front desk lady who very courteous and professional, with that I figured I was done, but then I get a call from the on staff manager about 1/2 hr later. I answered the phone and was greeted with a very curt “I was told you wanted to speak with a manager” I never actually asked for that I said, but since you made the call, I stated the situation of which I was met with excuses and complete deniability, complete disregard and every defensive denial she could give me. After being told it never happened by this manager, I reminded her that not only did I hear it so did 2- other customers to where I received the silence from the manager. I certainly was not and am not looking for anyone’s job, but an apology would have been a start, I do enjoy these accommodations but now what, no one should get this
