「Hotel is outdated, but kept very clean. The room was in had a kitchenette and a small fridge with freezer, not one of those dinky ones that don’t fit much. If you need a place to sleep and won’t be spending time at the hotel, this is a great value. Front desk staff are friendly and it says from the get-go that they don’t do room cleans, but fresh towels are available upon request.」

「Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was clean. Front desk staff didn’t know their rooms, told me there was a pullout couch when there wasn’t. Seemed a little overwhelmed upon arrival due to an event and being oversold (according to person at desk.) Bar/restaurant was either closed before 10pm or booked for private function each night, nowhere else to go. 」

「Good location near inner harbor and convenient for foods and meals. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing. Minimum cleaning was then...
