Very bad service attitude
"櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,"

"Our contact Carolina was wonderful, patient with all of our questions and communicated very well. The location was lovely however on the week end nights the courtyard could be a touch noisy, other than that the place was excellent. We would stay again."
