「Great spot if you’re looking for down time at the beach, steps away from the hotel/condo. Had a renovated and clean suite. The hurricane damage can still be felt around for ex the water heaters in the pool were not yet working but the hot tubs were. Overall great stay! 」

「We loved this property. It was steps away from fantastic coffee, great dining options, and cute shops. Walkable to a grocery store. The room was clean, and we liked using the kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Our bed was not the greatest, but that's the only downfall. With all that said, we would stay here again!」

「Great room and views. Very close to downtown Clearwater Beach. We did not have to use our car other than going to the Phillies games. The 5th floor bar area was a pleasant surprise also. Walk to the beach was great.」

「We liked the location. Right in the middle of a lot of things to do, places to eat and shop. The only thing that we had a hard time with was at check-in. The email did not go threw and they finally after 3 calls sent the parking code by text. If that would have been done right away with the room information it would have been stress free.」

「We will be staying again. Many positives. But a couple negatives. The pillows are paper thin. I stacked 4 to have a volume of a single pillow at home. Second is my room smelt like syrup. Took some getting used to. 」

「The view is fabulous and the condo is in a great beach location. Friendly staff and we enjoyed being in a smaller complex. In an area recently hit and recovering from hurricanes, there is still a small amount of damage but it doesn’t interfere with the stay. The unit has 2 patio doors leading to the small covered porch. We stayed in a 4th floor unit. Although you pay premium price, it is for the view (amenities within the condo are not reflective of premium prices). The management company uses a...

「Overall good. Pros: Beautiful view, layout and functionality of suite, nice pool and hot tub, quiet. Cons: We never received room cleaning service, the couch and chair in the living room area were worn and a bit dirty. A bit inconvenient getting onto the property by car if coming from Gulf Boulevard.」

「Nice location and staff was excellent and friendly. Disappointed pool was down “until further notice” and that was not communicated before arrival. One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes. Living area had comfortable furniture and kitchen had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Would stay again. 」

「I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this...
