Great staff & location. Easy walk to anywhere around Bricktown. The valet was actually pretty easy to use. You just pay the $22 a night and can come and go as you need to. You just request your car through a text link and it is up front within 5 mins. Only extra added expense is tipping the valet when they bring you the car-which I always wanted to do bc they were great people- always helping with bags or random questions I had about the area. The facility had construction ongoing somewhere bc there were rolls of carpet in the lobby bar, dust all over the rolling blocks outside the elevators, ice machines were broken on the 4th & 5th floor, and a pretty gross surprise “clean towel”. Otherwise the front lobby was clean, beds comfortable, lots of police presence around the area so we felt safe until the Saturday night shooting—which we were able to watch the police chase from our window—I feel guilty for saying it but it was actually entertaining since the police were all over it and caught the guy. I would consider staying here again but not deserving of 5 stars for the reasons above
