"I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. "

"High quality, modern, very nicely appointed condo. Steep, somewhat narrow steps to get your luggage up. All the directions given were accurate to get into condo. Had minor difficulty finding parking garage but owner quickly responded to my question. Great to have parking included. Garage was about 3-4 blocks away, easily walkable. Pretty quiet inside condo, last day heard heavy footsteps above us . Felt pretty safe walking around day or night, however there are more homeless or people...

"Lovly place to stay. For a studio or was extremely roomy. We stairs 2 nights but so comfortable we works entertain a much longer stay next time. The market did not disappoint. We found Uncle Leos bar that was every inviting. The bartender was EXTREMELY helpful in our Saturday planning. The FREE street car took us to the banks where its all happening. "

"Central location and price were good but the apartment needs to be cleaned. Hard surface floors were dirty and the carpet on the stairs was beyond filthy. We had to wear shoes. Also, there was a huge cobweb in the bathroom above the wastebasket. Previous guests washed dishes were still out on the counter. I’m wondering if anyone cleaned or even checked the property before we arrived. "
