「Great Location and the staff was friendly and helpful 」

「Over all it was a pleasant stay. Staff was great and helpful. The room was comfortable, but there were areas of the carpet that did not seem to get cleaned. The shower head pipe was not secured and would move around when trying to adjust the direction of the water. 」

This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund. House was left in perfect shape, and I only received a partial refund of my deposit for a "cleaning fee". They...
