Apartment was not available. Guest was still in the apartment for 2 days of my 3 days stay. Renter lied about leak and relocated me to another dirty smelly location pretending that my apartment would be ready the following day. I waited past time of the event I was intended to attend on this trip. Management and front desk receptiontionist were hospitable and tried to accommodate me in getting ready for the occasion by offering an area for me to get dressed. I needed more so I had to rent another room from another private owner within the same hotel. I later discovered what I suspected that there was no leak and the room was rented fraudulently to another person. This room is one of the private owned rooms . Shame on the caretaker, there was no leak , just lies. I contacted Expedia and they tried to contact her and could not reach her as she had already hung up her phone on me and turned her phone off. Of all my trips to this hotel , this is my only bad experience. I would like my refund, thanks
