「Partiamo dalle cose positive: La camera è molto pulita, calda, il letto è comodo, l'armadio è ben dimensionato, c'è il televisore, e due mensoline vicino al letto. È vicino al centro. È tutto ristrutturato a nuovo, anche troppo, tutto risulta troppo asettico. C'è anche qualcosa di meno positivo: Il bagno è grande, ma manca qualunque mensola o gancio dove mettere le proprie cose, ho dovuto appoggiare il beauty sul bidet, inoltre il doccino era rotto. In camera manca un tavolo o una sedia dove...

The double room we stayed in was very spacious. It is with a small balcony overlooking the farmhouses and woods.」

「入住登記時，本人向酒店服務員出示Hotel.com之確認信內的參考編號，服務員並没有子細看就非常沒有禮貌的説不懂中文，然後我解釋比佢知只想給她看參考編號，她即時黑口黑面，然後問我叫咩名，咁我即時比我的護照給她，她又回答我的預定不是今天，並將護照交回給我，但我即時解釋Hotel.com的確認信是今、明兩天沒有錯，我請她看清楚參考编號再查一次，但她很不高興地説巳經查清楚，因為我堅持沒有錯她黑晒面的又問我叫咩名，並說沒有我的預定⋯⋯總之攪左好耐⋯⋯ 我在意大利的兩星期行程裏，第一次遇到這麼沒有禮貌的服務員，我和家人以後並不想再入住此酒店。」

「 Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. Coffee is very good and breakfast acceptable but certainly not exceptional. Would stay here agin without thinking about it.」

「Mi capita di alloggiare spesso presso questa struttura. Ho alloggiato in molti dei loro appartamenti e in ognuno di essi mi sono trovato molto bene. Arredamento moderno e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Nello stabile c'è anche un comodo 24h con lavatrici. E per concludere è centralissimo e si può raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi posto del centro città.」

I was a little disappointed at the moment of the check-in due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to charge me extra for the breakfast and the fourth person. Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay.」
