We did not even stay there, because the place was so dirty, missing blankets off of the mattresses, no refrigerator or microwave pubic hair in the bathtubs, and when we tried to complain and switch rooms, there was no one working the window. No one answering the phones there was several people outside, waiting at the window of the lobby to get help but nobody was there. So now that I’m trying to get my money back for two nights, I have reserved because my crew had to go across the street and stay at another hotel, because there was no staff to help us. And now I’m not getting my money back for whatever reason that y’all are claiming. Also, Motel six that specific one had false pictures on their website. None of the pictures were accurate. There is no chandeliers hanging up in the lobby and the bedrooms did not look anything like that completely different beds, wallpaper and everything. I hope y’all make this right
