「Service was great, free breakfast was good and most of all the beds were the most comfortable beds in a hotel room that we have ever stayed in. We did have a couple complaints but nothing major. Number one seems kind of strange to complain about, by why in the heck are the toilets so dang low to the ground? It was so uncomfortable and the whole family had something to say about it so I know that it wasn’t just me. And two, our key cards were constantly not working for our doors. We would use it...

「Smells like pets and dander. Pool hasn't been working for who knows how long. Room service came in while I was using the bathroom and had the do not dusturb sign on the door.」

「Staff was very friendly. Toilet was dirty and room wasn’t very well stocked. No dish soap. The large burner on our stove didn’t work but the small one did so we made do. The hot tub was under construction too. Good breakfast and easy access to amenities. We got stranded during an ice storm and had to rebook for additional nights. Front desk made sure we were in the same room so we didn’t have to move all of our stuff. 」
