「When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold...

「Snow lake lodge has become my go to spot for lodging when I go up to Big Bear. The condos are clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly and i enjoy using the hot tub after a day of snowboarding.」

「Was so surprised and happy with the cabin. We were able to get away from the world for our tine there and relax. The cabin was spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again next time i come up.」

「This place a hidden gem. From the outside you would never guess that this place was an inn. My daughters and I are staying in room 3 which is called grizzly bear. It’s super spacious with a separate bedroom. You walk out the front door and you are right smack middle of everything. I highly recommend this place.」
