"I booked this property because of the ability to cook for my niece. Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! "The door locks didn’t function and there was no AC as listed. The window also didn’t shut or lock. "

"While at the hotel the fob programmer for the keys broke down. We were not provided a key for the room until the last 12 hours of our stay. "Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!"
