"A gorgeous oasis and some much needed rest was had at this hotel. The staff were lovely, the bed comfy and the view spectacular. Highly recommend for some R&R with ruins and cenotes very close by."

"While this hotel is pleasant enough and reasonably handy for the ruins the the big drawback is the food. This chain has a common menue throughout and, apart from breakfast, the food is unimaginative and poorly cooked. There are, however, local restaurants where the food is much better."
