「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「This is a trap no customer service room in terrible condition. No front desk.. Not safe to walk outside at night only the bottom three floors are rentable and there’s no service to change sheets or anything no replacement of toilet paper. The toilet seat was broken and seen after four days to be fixed only only to find out that it could not be fixed. The faucet on the sink was rattling the door would not close, the bathroom, the air conditioner rattled when it was turned on the lights from the...

「the beds/ pillows are very uncomfortable the couch in the siting area as well. other then that the location was good no parking, no breakfast- one coffee machine int he lobby with not so good coffee 」

"I love ❤️ this hotel,Due to Virgin Group's owner Richard is my hero,But 2 cockroaches are flying,one is on theTV,Other is on my dream face at 6am,7/7/2024 in my room NO:1205 ,The recipient RJ and Ms. Juliana Ruiz of Director of Experiences did a great jobs to changes my room into 1906 Who give me a Credit and free living for 7/7/2024. Chuncheng Hao seriously urgent Expedia to refund 😑 7/5 and 7/6 hotel living costs back to account. I still keep my legal rights to fight the best service with Virgin and Expedia "

I had a wonderful time and location is perfect.

"I just stayed there for 8 days, the location is perfect as my key objective for this trip is to watch many Broadways, it's just a few mins walk over there. The hotel is apparently new, contemporary, service is good, everyone is super nice and friendly. No kettle or slippers prepared in the room but you can ask for it, if you needed. "
