"When I booked the room i was told it was close to Rock and Roll Hall of fame. Its 30 minutes away. The hotel itself was great, just not the location that i was informed."

"I had a horrible experience this trip. There was no television service throughout the whole hotel. No one had service. The plumbing was slow. There was stuff backed up in the sink. The toilet flushed slowly. The shower drain was slow. Residue left from person showering before. Had to personally wipe out what was left from prior family member to not get left over body wash or sudsy water on feet."
