「Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM....

「太好了，坐機場巴士10分鐘就到了，櫃臺人員太客氣了，特羅姆瑟太好了，空氣好，很棒，與太太看到極光了，是晚上12點。櫃臺小姐幫忙很多，因我們到以色列機票被取消，由于以黎衝突，櫃臺小姐幫忙連絡，非常感謝。總之，很棒的旅程，5天4夜。」

「This hotel is located at the centre by the harbor side. It is convenient to walk to the airport bus stops or the meeting point of northern light tour or any site seeing pick up point. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. The room is cozy and the hotel is not next to the main road, so that you would have a quiet and comfortable night for sleeping, especially after a northern light tour. Last but not least, their staffs are friendly, helpful and full of hospitality. 」

「A lovely hotel on top of a hill, with awesome views and mank hiking trails nearby. The room was comfortable and we got to use the outdoor heated pool and the sauna at no extra charge in winter. The breakfast was superb and dinner at their restaurant was very enjoyable too.」

"Good hotel with everything needed Kettle and coffee machine in the room Good heater and shower👍 Close to everything you need Free coffee /water/ tea in the lobby Toilet is very clean Very nice breakfast and technical coffee machine but staff is very helpful to sort it out 😊 "
