「行前會有多封信件告知如何抵達旅館，但地點本身並非在馬路旁，尋找上不是非常直覺，另外當天網路不是很穩定，提供的房間密碼無法使用，需要在寒風中走到另外的接待處求救。 房間內部大致上溫馨寬敞，但廁所一直有臭味，開了通風一直沒有效果，希望可以改善。」

「Utrolig fint rom m både vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, stekeovn og stort kjøleskap. Hadde sikkert vært enda kjekkkere om d hadde vært tv på rommet. Renholdet var så bra som e aldri har opplevd noen plasser. Så hit kommer eg gjerne tilbake.」

「Es war eine schöne Unterkunft, auch gut zu erreichen. Geparkt haben wir in dem Parkhaus nebenan. Unsere Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Aussicht, war geräumig und alles da was man braucht. Check-In ohne Probleme, die Codes hatte man per SMS und Email geschickt bekommen. Das einzig negative: Im Bad lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Im Schlafzimmer wurde in den Schränken und unter dem Bett selten geputzt. 」

「All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was great and even the welcome gift in the room of a bar of excellent Norwegian chocolate. Spa was great as was the buffet breakfast and dinner. I would recommend it and Tromso to anyone looking for a great holiday.」

「Alltid hyggelig ved Svartisen apartments! Fint stort rom, men noe dårlig renhold. Ikke rene glass og bestikk, åpnet salsaglass i kjøleskapet og potetgull på gulvet. Og tregt avsløp i sluk på kjøkkenet. Ellers alt bra som vanlig 😊」
