「This hotel I think is overrated. The room fixture was a bit dated. The shower room was very small. Some of the tiles was broke. The shower gel is bottle is too small. Is very difficult to pour out the conditioner. They should consider change to brand or do something. Good thing about this hotel is Hotel is located at a very good location. The breakfast was very good. Staff is good (especially Lorena at the check out desk). I wrote a check in bad experience and they immediate response...

「Great location. Lovely hotel- lots of finishing touches- chocs at bed time, nice toiletries, perfect fluffy towels. Great to have a big bath and large walk in shower too! Staff v helpful.」
