「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「An older property but clean. Wonderful staff. Some fixes were quickly dealt with. 2 mins from the station. Many nearby shops and good restaurants and bars. Busy area but everyone very friendly. There was a free minibar and free booze in decanters — that’s a first! Don’t expect single malt.」
