「Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo 3 notti (dal 1 al 3 novembre). Per un mio errore credevamo di aver prenotato anche la quarta notte. Quindi consapevoli di ciò nn abbiamo effettuato il check-out il giorno e l’orario previsto, o meglio abbiamo effettuato il check-out 4 ore dopo. Tutto ciò sottolineo fatto in buonafede .
