"Rude, uncommunicative reception and property manager. Beds hard, apartment cold, noisy, dilapidated. Bus needed to get to slopes. Dont bother stating here, spend your money elsewhere."

A sixth person spotless have been impossible Ski room not heated, so we took our ski boots back to the room each night to stay warm to aid in putting them in the next day Very helpful at reception Good dining options"

"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."

"MERIBEL 12/25/24- We MOST HEARTILY RECOMMEND a stay at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Ravines, in the district of “Les Allues” but do not be confused, this is in the very heart of Meribel, not the village of Les Allues!!! You could not ask for a better location for your stay to ski and explore the 3 Vallees. Although the reception is not open all day, the hours are not really inconvenient, they are open in the morning and in the afternoon, best of all if you are arriving when the reception is...

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...
