「There were a lot of kids running the halls, but that’s because of the proximity of the jungle event happening during our stay. It was a fine hotel. Bed was hard and not plush but it was an improvement for the hotel we stayed in the night before, so it didn’t really bother me. 」

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」
