「Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. 「Check in was easy and quick. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The dining staff was unbelievable. They were constantly refilling items, cleaning tables and yet somehow were unobtrusive. Great job! The pool area was inviting and fun for the kids. The fitness center was top notch and the whole place was very clean. Outstanding!」
