「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」

「Initial number code for front door didn’t work and it wasn’t very easy to find a contact phone number for Maverick to resolve. Luckily I checked in at 4pm, but if I’d checked in at, say, 10pm, I’m nervous that even with the phone number I wouldn’t’ve been able to get in contact with anyone.」

「Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. 」

「Great location, couple blocks away from Commonwealth park and subway station. Room was pretty tight but good cant be the price. Communication with the property was very good and very responsive. Shared restrooms but i i never once had to wait to shower or use the restroom. I was satisfied with my stay. 」

「Updated, minimalist interior design. Near Copley Station on the green line. Easy, keyless building access. Walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants, and parks. Dangerously close to late night eats. Combined washer/dryer unit can take several hours to dry clothes completely. Don't use anything above a medium spin cycle or it might shimmy down the hall. Noise mentioned in other reviews was not a big issue. The street can get very busy which is great and you will hear the neighbors...

「Lovely weeks stay at the Hancock. Great facilities in the apartment and excellent location. The only suggestion I'd make is to add a floor length mirror and have some English tea bags available. 」

「Attention to detail - great linens, nespresso with plenty of pods, easy to use app for entrance & elevator. Suite itself is beyond spacious, privacy for 3 couples. 「Great stay, very clean, room aesthetic is beautiful, kitchenette with all necessities, proximity to a lot of good dining and coffee shops. Just be aware that it is not soundproof and . I will definitely always book for my Boston stays. 」
