"We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were offered canapés while we waited to check in. The doorman asked why we were visiting, and when I mentioned it was for my wife’s birthday, he kindly returned with a gift of chocolates for her. We loved the high ceilings in our room, and it was beautifully decorated. The bar area was stunning, and we enjoyed our drinks, although the £30 for two cocktails felt a bit pricey. I would definitely recommend this hotel; it deserves 5 stars! Additionally, the parking across the road for £13 for 24 hours was very convenient. The only downside was that using the pool required an extra fee."

"It was perfect for Our stay of just one night. The room was spotless with a well equipped bathroom inc. towels. Staff were courteous & answered any questions. The hotel is well situated just off Piccadilly."

"Couldnt fault anything apart from we were in room 131 and the privacy in the hot tub lacked a bit. Everyone that passed either on foot or in a car were gawping at us. A non clear banister would stop this. My wife felt a little bit awkward walking to and from the tub. "

"Bed comfort was great. Waitstaff very helpful as we have not done QR ordering and paying before. Room size accommodation were good for 3 people. Shuttle service was wonderful!"

"Lovely modern hotel with super friend staff and delicious breakfast. Parking deal with Q-Park across the road is really helpful. Great overnight stay before taking the ferry across to Manx. The rooms are modern and spacious too."

"Fantastic value for money. I paid £60 for a double room which was clean, spacious and had great views across to Piccadilly Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful on my arrival late in the evening following my flight. I received an upgrade free of charge. Room was very quiet considering its central location. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I am in Manchester. "
