「Start of trip was challenging. Arrived after check in time and the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait over an hour. They should have offered a drink coupon. I didn’t receive a text that the room was ready so stood in line again to check status. The couple next to me was offered an upgraded room. I then inquired for myself and they did offer a room on the executive level. That room was nice and it was nice to have access in the lounge. 」

When I asked them, they said that there was no more, and we could drink a glass of free red wine at the bar.
