「Nice rooms, ease of check-in」

「Stayed here for a sporting event in Indy. The hotel was nice but pricey considering you get no extra like breakfast. There was a Starbucks in the hotel that had food options. Large lobby to gather with friends. 」

「We booked this hotel in the summer, when we arrived at the hotel on 21 Oct we found that the hotel had closed and was sold and turned into rental apartments. We were not advised that the hotel had gone out of business. We had to scramble to find a less suitable place to stay at the last minute. There were not many rooms available. Needless to say my wife was very disappointed」

「Upon check-in lady at the desk was on her phone and hardly greeted me. Booked two rooms together, cost the same but in the end one bill was more than the other. Somehow, someone charged stuff from their store to my room but no one in my family purchased. Had to call the desk the next day, even though it was refunded back to me, it still was upsetting that someone can charge to your room without you knowing it. They should ask for an ID and not just name n room number.」
