Great view of the estuary and plenty of outside space. Generous inside too. Staff brought us all we needed. Breakfast buffet had everything you could desire.

Property needs a revamp. Room had wall damage, carpets damaged. Tv was broken on arrival but thankfully staff replaced the tv. Beds gave us both a bad back every night. Shower is no good for someone 6ft or taller! Buffet breakfast was pretty bland but the breakfast was made to order on the weekend which was much better

Check in was super friendly and he also served us drinks The corridors smell of cigarettes and some very unsightly stains on the carpets on the walk to our room. The room was clean and very comfortable. The gent on reception cannot do enough for you.
