「Great place to stay. friendly staff and clean rooms. Surrounding areas are under construction so little dusty. lots of places to eat near by and we really like that it's only 10 mins from the Blue Ash Sports Center. Free Breakfast is minimal and small refrigerator was broken but the lady attending the area was super nice and brought what we needed right away (milk). Coffee machine was best part - one of the best coffee from the machine I've had. Definitely will stay here again.」

「The staff was friendly and the check in process was quick. The hallways could use a good vacuum sweep however the room itself was clean. I believe the hotel is being slowly renovated. I stayed in a king suite which was spacious. 」

「Clean room, comfy bed, nice hot shower. My only negatives were that breakfast ends at 10 am on a Sunday, that was very inconvenient. Also a housekeeper knocked on our door about 1.5 hrs before checkout time to see if we had checked out yet. They should be able to communicate that better so you dont bother guests.」

「We had a blast the staff was amazing. We didn’t get the room we thought we booked but that is Expedia showing us the wrong photos. That’s the only thing I’d suggest they fix. 」
