「Our check in was great and fast. Ms. Areanna (night audit) was friendly and was able to give me very clear detailed instructions. Once we arrived to our room, we noticed a strong cigar odor and informed the front desk. Because the hotel was fully booked, they could not give us a new room BUT Jennifer T (front desk supervisor) was in our room within 10 minutes spraying and wiping everything down, cleaning the filters and more.
