「Rien à dire sur le séjour mais très mauvais souvenir d'Hitels.com....j'avais pris une assurance annulation qui s'est avérée trompeuse et inutile n'ayant pu annuler mon séjour en toute simplicité alors que l'option payante fait croire le contraire...le client doit se débrouiller avec un lien et un questionnaire qui débute en français et finit en Anglais.C'est au prestataire qui propose l'option et encaisse de le faire sans oublier les conditions exigées...certificat médical à produire etc....tout...
