"For starters, they have no parking, at all. Had to park in a dirt lot on another street, for 50 bhat a day. Stairs are so steep they are practically a ladder. The desk is barely manned. Their idea of service is leaving a case of water on the bottom steep do you can grab a bottle and carry it up yourself. There is no noise insulation, bar next door is very loud and stays open late. "Wifi - did not work or slow Wifi - the password changes daily so you have to go and get a new one from reception every 24 hours(no one had explained this to us so we did not know why the wifi had stopped working). Wifi - use either phone or laptop NOT both.If you try you are kicked off. We we were placed in a room around the back from the main hotel. We had asked for a high room on the upper floors and were on the ground floor. No tea/coffee in the room. Overpriced."
