「Wenn man mit einer kleine Familie reist und man 2 Stunden warten muss , weil das Check in um 2 Uhr nachmittags ist , verstehe ich es nicht. Personal ist nicht da. In solchen fällen sollte Personal da sein und aus Kulanz eine Familie die Möglichkeit geben , sich auszuruhen. Mein Kind ist 4 Monate alt. Wir haben angerufen und gefragt ob es möglich wäre einzuchecken. Für 1200 baht ja. Preis ist nicht ok. Für eine Zeit für 2 Stunden. Macht den Preis realistisch. Und verlangt nicht eine Nacht dafür....

「在一个非常偏僻的乡下，没有游客，实物和照片完全不一致，我打了很久的车到了，因为在乡下，所以不得不放弃入住，钱也没有退给我。这家酒店是旅途的一个非常糟糕的体验。强烈不推荐入住。 It is very bad hotel in the countryside.No traveler ,no shopping place .I have taken the taxi to the hotel .It is very different form the pictures on the app .They don’t give back my money but I still don’t want to live in the countryside.please don’t choose the hotel .it is very bad choice for me during this trip !」
