「This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. 「One air conditioner is not enough for summer time. It’s very hot at night and tgere are many bugs at the 1st floor. Lastly the mattress is too soft and we can’t sleep well. But the view is fantastic.」

「外国人さん向けに作られてるのかなって感じの施設と説明会でしたが特に問題はなかったです。一歳の子供を連れて行きましたがオモチャがいっぱい置いてあってとても喜んでました。寝室は仕切られてるものだと思ってましたが完全にオープンで、大人ならよかったのですが子供だと寝にくくて困りました。周りの森でも遊べるし、洞爺湖でも遊べるし、レジャーとしては最高です。子供がもう少し大きくなってBBQまでできたら100点です。(スパイス系大量にありました) 近隣にスーパーなどがないのでちょっと不便でした。もう一度泊まりたいかと言われると特には…ですが、面白い洞爺湖旅行ができました良かったです。」

「It’s a Japanese style house by the sea. Well equipped with everything. Big living room where we can hangout together. Nice and comfortable futon. Lovely view. The only downside is that the car road to the house is quite steep and uneven. 」
