Além das opções no buffet, disponibilizam um menu a parte para pedidos a la carte, com opções que até hoje nunca encontramos em café da manhã de hotéis. Diferente de muitos comentários que vimos de hóspedes, não nos ofereceram espumante quando chegamos e nem transfer para ida ou volta à estação de trem (mesmo pedindo). 「Eine wunderbarer Zufall hat mich zur Übernachtung am Blausee geführt.(irgendwann muss man auch ein wenig Glück haben). Das SPA ist nicht soo klein wie angepriesen & fein! Heute gehts zum Delta Gwatt..mal schauen ob der Empfang auch so herzlich ist. Vielen Dank der Crew & Küche! 」

「Good central location only 5-10 min walk from Interlaken West train station. Was a nice location in the suburbs and the host was very friendly and gave some good tips on where we were hiking that day. Breakfast was nice and varied, and our beds were comfortable. Somewhere to store our luggage at the property after checkout while we hiked around Interlaken prior to our departure from the nearby train station which has direct train to Zurich airport. Very good spot!」

「酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。」

「老酒店，设施已陈旧，给我们房间几乎最下面一层，没啥风景。关键是订单上有厨具，结果所有柜子都锁着，除了两个小小咖啡杯，两个小号高脚酒杯，喝水喝茶的杯子一概没有。前台服务员入住时候很客气，打电话要烧水壶答应了但是没人送，只好自己下去要，才拿到一个陈旧的水壶，自己在灶上烧，感觉真落后。早餐还不错吧，可以免费停车。」
