「Staff were nice and helpful, though didn’t fix soap dispenser after i asked. There were things unexplained and it made the stay a little challenging. No drawers or closets for clothes in the rooms made it difficult to arrange clothing during the stay, shower only made the whole floor wet and other users of the bathroom have to walk on wet tile floor and use same wet floor towel. Breakfast was good but a little expensive 14€, even if you only drink one coffee and eat one croissant. Did not try...

「The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked. We felt that they just want to make an excuse to close the case of our request and not willing like to help.」

「服務很好、房間整潔，在纜車跟畫眉小鎮附近，因此到12點都還比較吵，沒有電梯稍顯不方便，沒有冷氣所以房間很熱，早餐7:30供應，對於商務有點略晚。」

「Straightforward staffs so felt less courteous. As checked in, frontdesk lady let me wait for 5 mins then dissapeared. It was its restaurant waitress helped me thru check-in.」

「Such a quaint and cozy stay. The breakfast buffet is very impressive and only 10€. The staff were super helpful and kind helping us find places and excursions to go on. The only reason its not a 5 star rating is because the showers have low pressure but besides that the hotel is amazing and lovely」

「Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful. They even offered to pick us up from the train station. The room was clean functional with a good shower. The European style breakfast was excellent. The location was quiet and yet, only 30 seconds walk from the main street with shops and the Christmas markets. Would highly recommend. 」

「Good location. Nice room. We booked two rooms. One room had strong sweating smell, we requested to change to another room. Staff suggested us to swap the room among ourselves...haha that's not solving the problem. The staff didn't understand our situation. Fortunately, the manager stepped up and offered another room. Besides this, others are fine.」
