Asked for cleaning and they told they clean every 3rd day, I stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned at all. Did not use the laundry, but the staff lied to me about the cleaning. I have to be back every month for the data center project, not my loss now.

Very disappointed about the cleanliness Of the hotel. Vent not working in bathroom floor was sticky Hallway /stairs carpet was very dirty. No complimentary toothbrushes available at front desk When you hear Hilton in the name you think high standards for the hotel.

Not great . Book 2 rooms and they only gave us 1 . We were told we’d get another room but later on they said someone was already there and they didn’t know who or how they got our room . So we all got squeezed into 1 room. We asked for a rolling bed but they didn’t have one . The staff was nice and helpful I don’t really blame them . but the property management is not . I did get refunded for the other room though . I wouldn’t book with spark again

This hotel needs upper management to come in and teach staff how to split up duties, stop double bookings, verify rooms are cleaned and not already taken up by another guest before giving a guest the room, and how to help / make it up to customers when they are not given appropriate accommodations. There is just a clear lack of skills amongst front desk staff on how to accomplish tasks quickly and competently. Friends of ours on a group trip were waiting hours after attempting to check in for their rooms to become available. I expected better. Spark Rochester was the opposite experience, they deserve my money and saved the spark brand in my mind.

Everything was great , spotless , and the staff was terrific . the only problem was ,as senior citizens , we could not figure out how to watch the t.v.. Perhaps in the future you could leave written instructions that are senior friendly next to the tv !

Hotel and the room was very good. We had issue with bathtub knob but there was only 1 person who was managing all the stuffs at the property hence we didn’t get the resolution. We had to compromise and adjust to the situation which was disheartening. Mr. Jason was very helpful.

The hallway smells like animals. The rooms were poorly swept. I had no bathroom bathetols. The maintenance was poorly kept. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Pet friendly and had a large area to take our dog out too however homeless people walking around and under trees made this sketchy. Staff was good enough to assign us a first floor room near the dog service area which was perfect the fitness center might as well not exist I never give bad reviews usually just keep them to myself but this is not a good place to stay

Given my room key by a gruff employee in a random T shirt. No greetings, no help, and entirely unfriendly. This is an old, run down hotel that should be closed - having the Hilton name is just a trick to get people to stay there. The place smells, is run down, the breakfast is very limited, and in general just a poor place to stay. Stay Away.
