「我在下午5點多抵達，發現旅館大門深鎖，也沒有check in櫃檯，浪費許多時間打電話到旅館提供的號碼，才發現原來這個旅館是屬於自助式的check in, 要先取得旅館房間號碼及密碼，以及旅館門囗的密碼，才能進到裹面，非常折騰與不便。」

「Convenient to stay overnight, good condition. Did not like the code system and location next to pub but otherwise a generally good.」

「The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel. 」

「Maintenance needed. No bowls, 1 teaspoon, 1 dinner plate, no dishcloth. Shower hose leaking, toilet seat broken, no coat hangers. Dirty wall. Otherwise ok.」

「Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs...

「For the foriegn travellers who have no local phone number to receive SMS for check in, therefore, it js not convience for no check in counter nor staff stay at the site.」

「It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking 」
