「Property itself was nice and location was pretty good. They didn't send the check in details as they said they would so check in was a process, house wasn't ready for us when we checked in despite being after the designated check in time. Found hair in the shower otherwise clean. Noisy property - council lawn mowing until after 830pm and the property had a digger onsite and digging from 730am.」

「Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs...

「Pros: our 3 bedroom apartment was very large and beds very comfortable. Location was great. We walked everywhere and close to station. Nice bars close by. Cons: showers, glasses and cups were filthy and dishwasher didn’t work properly. Reception only open very limited hours each day. Wifi didn’t work the entire weekend. Sliding door to balcony didn’t shut properly/lock.」

「It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking 」
