「The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel. 」

「Property itself was nice and location was pretty good. They didn't send the check in details as they said they would so check in was a process, house wasn't ready for us when we checked in despite being after the designated check in time. Found hair in the shower otherwise clean. Noisy property - council lawn mowing until after 830pm and the property had a digger onsite and digging from 730am.」

「Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs...

「It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking 」

「The appartment was modern, clean and spacious but some of the details need attention. The shower floor was dangerously slippery and had to put a towel on the floor . Possibly hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The bed was too large for the room and difficult for one to get in to bed. Lighting was good, but a little dim over the bed for reading. Overall, we had a comfortable week. (Never did work out how to adjust the tv volume).」
