「因是無櫃檯自行辦理入住，鑰匙包將我的姓打錯，又無法打開，此外，放鑰匙包的地下室無法通訊，必須回到平面層才能聯絡客服，花了近40分鐘才拿到鑰匙。」

「It’s basically feel like an apartment , I stayed at a suite so the room space is good. The bed is queen size and kind of small for two people. There is paid room cleaning service and provide shampoo/soap one time while you checked in even it needs at least 6 nights stay for your booking. The neighborhood is superb since very closed to Santana row and mall. 」

「This home isn’t only beautiful. But super cozy. The stay was excellent. The check in was a very fast process. This is our second time renting from this company different locations and both are amazing. Highly recommend 」

「Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...」
