As I entered into my room and turned on the tv, of course there was no signal . I called the first desk to inform them of my tv dilemma. I was told someone will arrive to my room to fix the problem. Waited for a while, no one showed up. Finally, I retreated to the receptionist desk and told the staff no one showed to my room. The rep stated someone should be up to your room shortly. Waited once again, finally I just played with the tv and remote and the tv came on. So if you are looking for any technical assistance, don’t hold your breath, no one will come…especially when you have to pay $100 for an incidental fee while checking in.
