I would give this hotel one star, and the only positive aspect of my stay was that my request for a room on a higher floor was granted.
Now for the negatives:
On the first night, I requested a second duvet but was given only a thin blanket because, as I was told, the employee didn’t have access to additional bedding. I made the same request the following morning, but when we returned late in the evening, the second duvet was still missing. This continued for the third and fourth mornings of our stay, and only on the fourth day did we finally receive the duvet.
Our room lacked basic amenities. There were no cups—not even paper ones—and we didn’t receive any bottled water. Shampoo and body wash were only replenished after three days. Additionally, the air conditioning system didn’t function properly. Despite setting it to 90°F, the room temperature struggled to reach even 67°F.
Security was another concern. Although the elevator had a keycard system installed, it wasn’t functional, allowing unrestricted access to all floors regardless of whether someone was a guest at the hotel.
We raised these issues with the manager, who promised us a discount, but we have yet to receive any clarity on how or when it will be applied.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
