The hotel was very clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was friendly. Now the front desk clerk that came on after him, was slightly rude, didn't greet me at the counter, and then tried to act as if she didn't hear me. I also didn't care for the fact that there was no microwave in the building, so I was unable to eat my food I purchased in the city. And let's be clear when I visit NY, I'm definitely eating. And breakfast is offered, which was really good. But the food attendant, was really taking her job to serious. All tables were full with guest, I asked could I take to the room, was told no, just have a seat with strangers. I proceeded to take to my room , and the food attendant, was loud and ran m we down, even came in my room behind me. My husband put her out of the room in his underwear. And at checkout there's another $27 amenities fee. I can't say I don't recommend, but I'll never come back.
