This hotel was GREAT--the location was perfect because we could walk nearly everywhere. Our room was quaint and comfortable--not generic like most places. It's a bummer there's no refrigerator in the room because we had leftovers every night and ended up throwing them away because the ice bucket was too small to store them. There's no breakfast service at the hotel but there are plenty of options nearby. We highly recommend Toasties for inexpensive and delicious breakfast and lunch wraps/bagels, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein coeur de Manhattan, dans une rue calme. Le personnel était charmant. La chambre et l'hôtel étaient très propres. Le seul bémol est l'insonorisation entre les chambres, mais il s'agit d'un vieil immeuble, et cela ne nous a pas tant dérangés. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

We had a great time and the hotel was close to transit and attractions. I enjoyed the boutique style and charm. Staff was always kind and friendly. The only issues we had were with the construction that we woke up to every morning-right above our room. Then people moving around up until 11:30pm in the solarium above our room on a week day. As well as the heat not working in our room.

Perfekte Lage. Sehr vieles fussläufig erreichbar. Schönes, sauberes und großes Zimmer. Wir hatten ein 2 Bett Zimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich. Ein paar Häuser weiter gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für Snacks. Subway in der Nähe.

I visit the city every couple of years and have stayed in a different part of the city. The last three times I have come. I really enjoyed staying in Midtown, and three W. club was great for this. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly. There are plenty of sites to see within just a few walks of the property, and it is close to several subway lines. The only drawback is that there are no mini fridges in the rooms. There are only coffee machines and ice bucket buckets. It would have been really nice to have a small fridge, especially since our room at least had such a large closet. It would be so easy to put one in that huge closet. Other than that, I had absolutely no complaints and I would definitely stay here again.

You can't beat this hotel for New. York authenticity and location. As soon as you enter, it feels more like a doorman building vs. a hotel. Fantastic location. Rooms are not swanky but definitely comfortable. The only issue was there was filming a short film on the floor above us the last night but it was quiet by 11, and that's part of New York's charm. Super convenient to some of the city's most iconic attractions, Central Park, fifth avenue, Rockefeller center, Times Square, are all very walkable and st Patrick's cathedral is across the street. I've stayed in many hotels in the city, I'd come back.

We loved this place. This hotell is from 1934. And has kept most of it's inventory from the times during their history. The womens toilet down in the reception,is like walking in to the old times, with several chairs and mirrors in gold. Breathtaking! It is not a big hotell, but used a lot for weddings and other events. The view from the balcony, from their ballroom is just wonderful, and you have the view too the Macey's parade and st.patricks parade.The rooms has a shower, and a bathtub, good space and comfy beds. And a lot of space for storage of clothing e.t.c. The view varies, from where your room is. Some rooms has connecting doors/room. Something that is wonderful,if you travel with kids. The hotell is close to St.patrik catherdral. Victoria secret,the American girl doll store, and Radio city music hall is on the same road, 2 minutes to walk. A cross the road you have the lego store, with amazing displays and shops. 5'th avenue is 1-2 minutes away, Rockefeller center and top of the rock is 5 minutes, and Time square and Broadway 10 minutes. Subway is two blocks away. Also if you take the train and subway from and too the Airport..So location is just perfect. The service is very good. Friendly and helpful. The reception is open 24/7. We will really recomend this hotell. We loved it. The hotell, the close location to everything and the friendly service,was perfect. We have found our hotell in NY..Thank you Dee and Mark. See you next year

This is a great location. Staff are great (warm, welcoming and helpful) and the rooms are good value for money. A little noisy on my last night as there was an event on the top floor but overall a good stay. Bar/Restaurant only opens midweek but there are lots of options nearby so it's not a huge issue. Thanks for a nice stay!
