Pros: Affordable, close to airport, front desk was prompt and helpful, and has an airport shuttle. Good AC unit and hot water with good water pressure. Continental breakfast. No evidence of bugs. Cons: Tub was a grey dingy color on the bottom, bedsheets had old stains and appeared old/pilled. Bedroom had a large bright stain in the carpet and on the wall that appeared to be Koolaid or something red of similar nature. Second floor hallway smelled like mildew. Very thin walls I could hear the people in neighboring rooms all throughout the night. Overall I probably would not stay here again, but after a long day of flight delays and eventual cancellation, I didn’t have much other option. It worked out as an alright spot to sleep overnight.

Our overall stay at this hotel was ok. Hotel staff were not regularly available at the front desk to provide assistance. Housekeeping does not come in to remove trash, provide fresh towels, replenish toiletries, or provide any other routine cleaning services unless you ask them to. Location was convenient for us near the airport.

The bed was clean. That was a plus. The lobby was nice. Continental breakfast was good. The gym was completely non-functional. All machines completely broken. We had to call several times for the shuttle. Eventually, a different hotel shuttle drove us because they felt bad for us waiting so long. It served its purpose of a clean bed for the night before our cruise, that provided a shuttle and a breakfast. It was what we paid for.

Good overall hotel, clean and pretty convenient to the airport. We used the long term parking at the hotel and the price quoted at the hotel did not match the price listed on Expedia. When I called for the return shuttle from the airport I was told they did not have a shuttle that day and I had to spend extra for transportation back to the hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Upon arrival, the room was filthy. There was dried food on the floor, and the carpet had stains from food that had clearly been there for some time. The sofa was also stained, and the mattress had noticeable drip stains. It was absolutely unacceptable and clearly in need of a health board inspection. Additionally, the room was extremely noisy with constant stomping from the floor above, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The temperature in the room was inconsistent, which made it uncomfortable throughout my stay. Due to these conditions, I refused to stay more than one night and decided to leave early. The gym was no better. It was filled with run-down, broken equipment, and many of the machines were either improperly working or completely out of order. This presents a serious liability issue, as it could lead to potential injuries for anyone attempting to use the facilities. On top of all that, the financial handling of my stay was awful. While I had no issues paying for the night, there were multiple pending charges on my account for over a week, and the refund process is still unresolved with no clear answers. All in all, this hotel was a complete disappointment. I strongly advise steering clear of it.

For the money I'd strongly encourage you to stay elsewhere. The property is old, not well lit, the staff I encountered was rude and aggressive. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was weed broke down on the dresser. The bathroom was dirty. If we were not exhausted from driving, I would have left immediately. The area surrounding the hotel is sketch too.

Oh how the previous reviews have led me astray! This hotel was disgusting and the furthest thing I would say from “clean.” I booked the king bed suite with sofa bed, obviously with the intention of using the pull out sofa. The mattress in the sofa was completely covered in various gag-inducing stains. We had to ask the front desk for sheets and blankets because the sofa bed had absolutely no bedding and the sheets on the king bed were all stained and had no blanket. The front desk also only gave me one blanket when I requested two and told me there should be more in the room (there was not). The bathtub was stained and bathroom lights flickered as if haunted by a ghost telling us to leave. We should have listened. This hotel is independently owned and operated under a license so I could not even depend on the brand for having some standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The only convenient aspect of the hotel is the location, which is across from the airport car rental center but there are many more options around.

I had to switch rooms 3 times. Room 1, TV and phone would not work. Room 2, Bed Bugs. Had one crawl on me, and that when I flipped the mattress, found more. Room 3, TV and phone would not work. Room 4, was the better out of the 4; however, I had to fix the TV several times. Had to walk to guest services every time I needed assistance because the in-room phones did not work. Also, had to get the keys re-keyed throughout my stay because they would disconnect from the room. The breakfast was horrible. Food was either rancid or stale. Every room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The did not comp anything. I’m was pissed off to say the least.
