「The floor of our room was not vacuumed, nails from a previous occupant were obvious. The door plate was on our counter. The thermostat on the heater is broken. The toilet paper hanger is loose. The mirror in the bathroom had the last occupant's flossings. The refrigerator was grungy. The room needs more furniture, like maybe another chair and a table. The linens and towels are nice.」

「The vacation was nice and we had a quiet stay. The breakfasts options were too expensive on sight, and the resort was a drive away from downtown. The lifeguards were nice and friendly, and the staff was accommodating. The waterpark looked as though it could use some renovations-everything seemed old, faded, stained, and dull. The pool water was clean and refreshing. 」

「It’s a nice quiet property, rooms decent, clean. No issues with our room. Breakfast area is good but lack options, especially for vegetarians but it’s better than nothing. Overall we had a good stay, had great sleep. Super quiet area. Nearby is a bar when you can eat, drink and play some pool, in case you’re looking for some last minute bite or entertainment 」

「One of the nicest rooms available was the Frontier Suite. It was very cozy being in there. The hotel had an attached restaurant once you go through the second floor, and it’s one of the nicest small restaurants available. Definitely beats driving to the Dells, but of course me and my girlfriend went there anyways as well. Definitely recommend it here. 」

「I had to ask to be moved. My initial room was the size of a college dorm closet and they tried to pass-off a full size bed as a queen. The next room was much better but furniture placement seemed amateurish. I normally stay at hamton inns and have rarely encountered such oddities 」
