「Stay was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free spacious parking lot. Hotel was clean. Cloth Sofas could use updating though. Appreciated the shades instead of old curtains on the windows as in other hotels. Good location to Coliseum, stores, restaurants and a small casino around corner. Indoor poor and fitness room. Breakfast was just fair. 」

「Picked this hotel because it is close to the collisum. Stayed at BW before so we have always been pleased with them Only complaint The rate on BW website was $25 less then what I paid with Hotels.com?? Also was given one king bed instead of two queen beds that my reservation said I would have Had to have a handicap room」

「The staff was wonderful. Friendly, helpful and kept their cool in spite of some challenges. The physical plant needs help--elevator was not working and battery in my door lock was dead, so took 3 trips to front desk (4 flights of stairs) to rekey and finally a lovely woman came in to repair lock. There was another guest with the same problem. 」
